From 18 to 20 of November 2009 the second edition RubPlast EXPO took place in the exhibition centre Expo Silesia in Sosnowiec. 150 exhibitors from Austria, Czech, Germany, India and Poland presented the offer: machines and other tools for plastic and rubber processing, forms and tools, composite material, pigments and recycling technologies.

“Knowledge Area” was the newest event through which the access to the information concerning The European Parliament orders in registration, assessments  and restrictions imposed on chemicals (REACH) was available. The offer was presented by following institutions: The Ministry of Economy and the Industrial Chemistry Research Institute, Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry, Institute of Inorganic Chemistry, the Institute of Organic Chemistry, the Institute for Engineering of Polymer Materials and Dies, The Institute of Heavy Organic Synthesis „Blachownia".

In our exhibition centre at the same time three exhibitions were held: Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing Industries RubPlast EXPO, Trade Fair for Used Machinery and Equipment TUM, International Fair of Tools and Methods of Virtual Processing WIRTOTECHNOLOGIA, Hydraulics, Automatics and Pneumatics Fair HAPexpo. Fairs gathered above 250 Exhibitors from: Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Sweden and Poland. Above 6 thousand people participated in Fairs.
