Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is our great pleasure to inform you that from 11th to 12th May 2011,  Expo Silesia Exhibition and Centre in Sosnowiec will host the third edition of Silesia Power Meeting. Along with the Fair, we will hold a Conference entitled “Investments in the Polish energy sector”. Południowy Koncern Energetyczny (The Southern Poland Power Company) and the Institute for Chemical Processing of Coal will take patronage over the Conference.  

THEMATIC SCOPE OF THE FAIR AND CONFERENCE
At the Fair, we will focus on the most vital issues facing the power sector. The subjects tackled will include power generation and the use of new technologies. We will present state-of-the-art devices, machines and equipment for use in the power industry.
 
THE CONFERENCE
The Fair will feature a Conference entitled “Investments in the Polish energy sector”. Południowy Koncern Energetyczny and the Institute for Chemical Processing of Coal will co-operate and take patronage over the Conference.
The subjects covered by our speakers will include investment projects in electrical power generation, directions and investment plans for the use of renewable energy sources (especially biomass energy), investment plans aimed at increasing safety in the power industry, the EU climate and energy package, means of financing the energy sector and the development of the energy sector over the next few years.
