The MEAT MEETING 2008 trade fair for the meat industry aims to establish a modern national venue for the showcasing of meat processing technology, focusing on the particular needs of this sector's participants and traders. This event will present and offer new business opportunities in the sector and is to be held in a superb exhibition and trade fair facility served by a dedicated team of professional staff.
This significant new exhibition event for the meat sector opens up a whole range of possibilities:

• presentation of producers of prepared meat products i.e. food processing plants, particularly cooked and smoked meats
• presentation of meat processing machines and equipment used in the meat industry
• review of current food production technologies
• display of the newest transport and refrigeration solutions on offer
• current production safety and utilization solutions
• standard and innovative hardware and fittings for retail outlets
• display of dedicated IT systems currently used in the meat industry
