Hotel, Gastronomy and Catering Equipment Fair

The main purpose of HOTEL-GASTRO Meeting 2008  is to develop a modern, fair, which will meet requirements of all those operating in the gastronomy, hotel and catering industries, thus facilitating establishment of business contacts in a professionally prepared facility.
The fair HOTEL-GASTRO Meeting 2008, a significant event for this industry, will provide opportunities to:

  • exhibit equipment for the gastronomy industry and hotels
  • compare products and services offered to gastronomy companies and hotels
  • review innovations offered on the market and the latest trends within fittings and furnishings for these industries
  • participate in training sessions on service quality improvement
  • acquire information about the reduction of facility maintenance costs

The fair will feature products and services exhibited, among others, by chefs, confectioners, bakers,  bartenders, catering companies, as well as producers and distributors of a whole range of products for gastronomy, hotels and catering companies.
We extend our invitation to take part in HOTEL-GASTRO Meeting 2008 to:

  • owners and mangers of:
- hotels, motels, guestrooms
- sanatoria, health resorts, leisure centres, SPAs and fitness clubs
- training and conference centres
- restaurants, pubs, cafes and discoteques

The Fair will be accompanied by a large number of events, such as Coffee and Tea Festival - with major players on the coffee and tea market  participating, i.e. tea and coffee producers and distributors, producers of food products served with tea and coffee (e.g.: cookies, chocolates, flavoured syrups, sugar), porcelain, in addition to equipment producers and distributors, setting a Tea Brewing Guiness Record, gastronomy contests, as well as many training sessions and presentations:

  • Projekt Hotel's  training for owners, mangers and hotels' investors
  • The training programme IRH Buduj Hotel (Build a hotel)
  • Conference " The architecture of meetings and events", PRimavera PR&Events for events' organizers and principals
  • Conference "Ecology and social responsibility of business in MICE branch" Event Managers Club
