ExpoLAB, which will be organized on 4-6 November 2009 at the Exhibition Centre Expo Silesia in Sosnowiec, features solutions, techniques and products relating to practical aspects of the functioning of a whole spectrum of laboratories in fields such as industry, research, medicine, inspection, environmental protection and other.

The interdisciplinary product range to be displayed at the 1st Exhibition ExpoLAB will encompass various domains of science and technology, e.g. chemistry, biochemistry, medical testing, microbiology, metrology, engineering, as well as laboratory management and finance.

The purpose of this fair event is to provide expertise, know-how and practical solutions to problems occurring in everyday laboratory work. The Fair will be accompanied by trade conferences with speeches delivered by specialists in particular fields, such as non-destructive activation analysis, natural sciences, medical diagnosis, environmental protection, as well as other laboratory-related issues, e.g. quality control, laboratory certification, measurements made in laboratories and method validation.

ExpoLAB will be aimed at:

Managers and employees of medical testing centres;

Managers and employees of industrial laboratories (operating in fields such as food production, chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals);

Managers and employees of laboratories operating as part of waste-water treatment plants as well as recycling and waste disposal companies;

Scientists and researchers (representatives of universities, scientific and research centres and institutions).
