European Career Days is held twice a year (in May and November) in Poland's major cities. The organizers extend their invitation to leading employers operating in Poland and other European countries, expecting the European Career Days to become a permanent entry in the diary of all Polish professional who take into consideration beginning or continuing their career on the common European labour market.

The European Career Days fair provides opportunities to all those who are looking for an interesting job in Poland or considering their employment abroad. Such a meeting will enable them to meet employers from different countries in one place and compare job offers. What seems to be important is also the chance to compare pay rates in particular countries, which many people may find surprising.

The organizers are of the opinion that the formula of this fair, i.e. face-to-face meetings held by employers and job seekers, is the most professional, though economical, way of establishing new contacts. It also reduces the risk of meeting dishonest employers and employment agents.

The European Career Days will be held under the auspices of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodship, Adam Struzik, while the publicity campaign aimed at the promotion of this Fair is conducted in partnership with the Voivodship Employment Office in Warsaw.
